At Toolern Vale dog kennels, our staff are experienced in handling all breeds of dogs. We specialise in boarding Border Collies, Setters, Pointers and Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.
Important things to remember! - While boarding your pets at dog kennels...
All dogs must be fully immunised so proof of vaccination is required by law upon arrival. Dogs need to have their C5 vaccinaction.
All pets must be treated with one of the following flea treatments before arriving: Frontline, Revolution or Advantage. This is for the protection of your dog and other boarding dogs.
We have a Vet on call 24 hours a day and if your pet should become ill we will arrange immediate care either with your vet, if they are in the local area, or this clinic.

Every dog at Toolern Vale dog Kennels gets fed raw chicken necks, premium dry food and Ecopet dog loaf on a daily basis. This is the exact same diet we feed to our champion show dog team.
A diet with fresh meat is the best way at maintaining peak condition and because the dog is getting a variety of foods, they never get bored. The dogs know when it is tucker time at the kennels, they are heard by all!
But my dog is on medication! Can Toolern Vale dog kennels take this into consideration ?
No problems! Our staff are experienced in giving a variety of medications to both dogs and cats. From basic medication to heart or diabetes medication, we are more than happy to accomodate to your pets needs.

Where will my dog sleep @ Toolern Vale dog kennels?
The dogs at Toolern Vale Dog Kennels sleep in secure dog runs. We give our small dog clients nice cosy blanket bedding, and our large dog clients get hammock beds made from flea free material (blanket optional).
Of course you are welcome to bring along you dog's favourite blanket with smells that remind him of home.
We have 3 dog kennels blocks, 2 are for large breeds, the other is for small breeds. The small dogs get on well and arent intimidated by the larger dogs.
My dog is quite active!
Thats ok, Toolern Vale Dog Kennels offers FREE twice a day exercise to all of our doggy clients, why pay to have your play time?. Our exercise yards are large and runs are always supervised by our staff which means they get to play games and have a cuddle!! NO dogs are run together unless they live together.
Our boarding dogs love to get out and have a romp in the yards, lots of nice smells and the dog in the next yard is always interesting!
